I Started Toyland Nusery School in the year 1989, bringing in a new approach, a play way method, used all over the world but sadly lacking in India at that time. |
| The early education should be a sort of amusement to be able to find the natural bent of very child. Education must be able to realize inner potential of a child bringing for the all that is best in human being in his heart & mind. “Take Care of Toyland and the tree will take care of itself” Catch them young and let them grow to bloom. So utmost strees is laid on a good beginning here to last a life time Gradually guiding students from dependent to independent learning. |

| A Sence of satisfaction and peach dawned on me, that I was able to bring about a change. however little, but not insignificant, in the approach of imparting knowledge to the little ones. This impelled me to venture into higher studies and to bring about a change from purely note learning to activity based learning. I strive for perfection and change with the changing scenario in the field of educational technology forth new techniques my schools.
